Credit Recovery is fully virtual where correspondence with students/parents only takes place via e-mail through WMHS CREDIT RECOVERY. We do not have access to our school phones, therefore please email us @ the above address should you need assistance.
The program is open 24/7 for students to complete their coursework at their own pace, however your Credit Recovery advisors are not online all day/night! Emails will be responded to Monday-Friday. Should you send an email after hours or during the weekend, we will get to it the following business day. Please do not send emails to our personal accounts, or multiple emails on the same matter, as that overloads the system and slows down our response time, therefore hindering your enrollment and time in the program. If for some reason you do not hear back from us within the Monday-Friday, 24-48 hour window, then please reach back out to us after that time. If parents are emailing from a non-WCS account, there's a good chance your email went straight into a junk folder, which isn't monitored. This is why it is imperative that emails be sent from the student's WCS Microsoft account, so nothing is missed.
